We are Pragati Tech Services (earlier known as Palewar Techno Solutions), an e-commerce solutions focussed web agency based in India. We have dabbled with lots of technologies in our 15+ years of existence, however these days we mostly spend our time helping our customers with setting up online shops (e-commerce websites), maintaining them and yes even ensuring happiness of shoppers buying from those online shops.

‘Pragati’ is a Hindi word, which means ‘Progress’. It’s also name of our Cofounder, who is unfortunately not with us anymore, because she lost her battle against cancer. It took us 11 years to kind of make peace with that loss and instead take motivation from her short but really great life. So now we have decided to change our name to honour her memory and pledge that we will run our little venture with love and values that she stood for.

Our logo is letter ‘P’ enclosed in a baby foot to signify both our homage to Pragati as well as new beginnings with child-like innocence, curiosity and fairness.
